These terms cover the Slipway waitlist and the early-access product. By joining the list you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

The waitlist

Joining is free and needs no card. Your place is set by sign-up order and by the colleagues you invite. A place on the list is not a promise of access on a given day.

Reservations

You can reserve a plan while Batch 02 is open. A reservation holds the waitlist price for as long as you stay subscribed.

Starter and Team

The plan you reserve can be changed once before activation. Seats are limited to 150 per batch.

No charge before launch

We take no payment details on this site. Nothing is charged until you activate your account and enter a card yourself.

The 7-day activation window

When your batch opens we email you an invite. You have 7 days to activate at the waitlist price.

  1. Open the invite and confirm your work email.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly billing.
  3. Connect your first tool and upload a signed contract.

If the window passes, your seat goes to the next team and you return to the list.

Acceptable use

  • Use Slipway for your own business and your own customers.
  • Do not upload contracts you have no right to share.
  • Do not probe, overload or resell the service.
  • One waitlist entry per person. Fake referrals are removed.

Your content

Contracts and onboarding plans stay yours. We process them only to run the service for you, and never to train models.

Early access

The early-access product may change, slow down or stop for maintenance. Planned downtime is announced in the launch log.

NoteResults shown on this site are examples. Your own go-live time depends on your customers and your contracts.

Liability, in plain words

We provide the service with reasonable care but without warranties. If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we email you 30 days before it takes effect. Questions go to hello@slipway.io.
