Slipway Labs is a small team building one thing: an agent that turns a signed contract into a live customer.

Why we are building this

  1. A signed contract is a promise.
  2. Most of them go quiet for three weeks.
  3. Nobody decided that. It just happens.
  4. We are building the agent that keeps the promise moving.
  5. It reads the contract, writes the plan and chases every task.
  6. From signature to go-live, in days.

We ran onboarding for other companies for nine years. Slipway is the tool we kept asking for, and Batch 02 is the first 150 teams we are building it with.

How we work

Four rules we build by. Short on purpose.

Each one came out of an onboarding that stalled.

  1. Scope, owners and dates are written down the day a deal is signed. We read them out of the document instead of asking the customer twice.

  2. Every account gets a date before the kickoff call. Each task is counted back from it, so a slip shows up the same day.

  3. Logins, files and approvals arrive in one place with one owner. Five inboxes turn into a single row you can read in a minute.

  4. We publish how far a plan drifted from its date, not how fast it felt. A claim without a number does not ship.

Who is building it

A small crew. All of us have done this job by hand.

Slipway Labs is five people. Between us we have taken more than 700 customers live the slow way.
